The Georgina Historical Society, as a not-for-profit organization, collects, preserves, promotes and interprets the rich history and heritage of all communities now known as the Town of Georgina.

The Georgina Historical Society was once again successful in their application for funding for three summer staff for the summer season. Positions are Historical Interpreter and two Summer Programming Assistants. The positions begin at the end of May and end at the end of August. Funding is provided by Young Canada Works in Heritage Organizations.

We acknowledge the financial support of the Government of Canada
